How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders ship within 48 hours. We use USPS Priority mail for 2-3 day delivery. If for some reason your order might be delayed Lo-Fi will contact you with a timeline for delivery.
Also the USPS Priority Mail pouch we use will not fit in mail slots and even some mail boxes, your postman should leave a package pick-up slip if this is the case. Please be sure to ask your postman about this if you think your order is late. Larger orders may take more time and we will let you know if this is the case.
What are my ordering options?
You can order from us through our secure online store or if you don't feel comfortable with that you can order by mail or phone.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We use PayPal to handle all purchases through the store, so you can pay with Paypal accounts, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover. If you are ordering by phone or mail we also except checks and money orders.
Is it safe to use my credit card over the internet?
Yes. We use PayPal to handle all of our online transactions. If the name means nothing to you, you can learn more about PayPal, the over 150 million people that use it, and the ways they prevent Identity theft and fraud 24/7 here.
How do I order by Mail?
1. Browse through our online catalog, and make a note of the name of the items you wish to purchase.
2. Print out our Ordering Form and send it along with your check or money order (made out to "Lo-Fi Customs") to:

Please be sure to:
- Include your shipping address as well as a phone number or email address
- Include product numbers, sizes, and quantites
- Calculate and include your shipping costs (use the table below)
- We'll send out your order as soon as we recieve it

Please keep in mind that some items may be temporarily out-of-stock. If any of the items you choose are out of stock, we will contact you so that you may choose to wait until it becomes available, or select an alternate item.

What is your return policy?
We will exchange a product or refund your money for any item that is found to be defective.
No return or exchange will be accepted without prior approval from Lo-Fi Customs.
Shipping costs will be refunded, but in the case of an exchange, ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES WILL APPLY.
If you need to return an item you bought from Lo-Fi Customs please email us here and we will reply with instructions on how to return your purchase for refund or exchange. Please remember to include the following information:
- Purchaser's Name
- Shipping address
- Product description
- Reason for exchange or refund
- Specify return or exchange (and desired exchange item)

Yes. You must be a licensed business or wholesale distributor in order to take advantage of our wholesale prices.

We accept Credit Cards, Company Checks and Money Orders for wholesale orders.

No, not at this time, we may in the near future. However you can receive online updates by subscribing to them Lo-Fi news alert.
